Do you allow returns?
Customers are responsible for verifying fit and condition before purchasing, and all sales are final. However, we are humans and can make mistakes! For any inquiries regarding your order, email us at shopfringehouse@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your items, and we'll be happy to assist.
Due to the size of our operation and team we are not currently able to accept returns but this is something we are actively working on establishing a process for. Thank you for supporting our small business!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, and standard deliveries take 2-7 business days to arrive.
What if my items are lost or stolen in transit?
You will be given all tracking information via email upon the shipment of your items. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact them for assistance in locating your package. If your package is stolen, please reach out to me with the police report and/or footage of the crime so that a proper insurance claim can be filed with the carrier and I will issue you site credit once that process has been completed. If your package tracking stops updating entirely during transit, it is possible it was lost by the carrier. Please allow 7-10 business days before inquiring in this case, as more often than not, it shows up. Please reach out if the tracking information has not been updated in 14 calendar days, and I will issue you site credit.
*Please pay close attention at checkout to ensure you have entered your correct address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address, undeliverable addresses, or packages returned to sender. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.*
Why don’t you have aesthetically branded packaging?
As much as I would love to have cute branded packaging, it would be a waste. I use recycled packaging from neighbors and friends in my community to minimize waste. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), cardboard and paper products together make up about 25% of all waste in landfills. Let’s not create more!
STYLE BUNDLE QUESTIONS:
Do I get to pick my items?
When you purchase a bundle from me, you are purchasing the opportunity for me to curate items for you, utilizing my styling expertise and creative eye. I will keep you involved in the curation process but there will certainly be some (incredible) surprises once you receive your bundle. More than anything, I want you to love your items so I will lean on your input throughout the process.
When is my virtual consultation?
24-48 hours after your purchase is completed, you will receive a personal email from myself to schedule our call (check your spam folder!). I prefer to have our call before I begin shopping for you because sometimes what we pin to our mood board is not actually what we want or need. After our call, your bundle will be shipped within 28 calendar days to give me the time to craft the best bundle possible! I will not ship it until it is PERFECT<3
How do you know my items will fit?
I use a measuring tape to ensure that all your items fit exactly according to your measurements and previously discussed preferences (oversized, cropped, etc). This is why it is crucial to fill out your sizing information with as much precision as possible. I will often reach out for additional, specific measurements as I source as well.
Are accessories part of the item count?
Yes - bundles can include accessories. Depending on your needs and in light of our consultation, bundles might include shoes, jewelry, purses, and/or anything else that makes up an outfit. No bundle will include more than one piece of jewelry, purse, or pair of shoes to complete your item count without your prior approval.
Can you help me make my mood board?
An established mood board is required for me to source a bundle for you. I do not currently offer total styling services, and keep my bundle prices down by limiting the backend work I have to do for each client. My services are limited to the curation of style bundles, which includes a short consultation designed to discuss general style needs and goals, not go into the weeds of creating a whole mood board from scratch. It's very easy (and so fun) to make your own mood board, and I highly suggest keeping one active for your overall style inspiration.
Do you offer exchanges on style bundle items?
All sales are final due to the nature of shopping secondhand. When you purchase a bundle from me, you are purchasing the opportunity for me to curate items for you, utilizing my expertise and creative eye. I will never get you anything that I do not wholeheartedly believe matches your 1) mood board, 2) discussed style goals and 3) closet gaps. I’m always more than happy to help with styling over DM.
